David Shands is an inspiration to anyone with an idea to create what doesn’t yet exist. With entrepreneurship being his overarching area of expertise, David works to inspire and uplift many with his brand tag line “If you lose sleep doing what you love, you will eventually live the dream that you only would have dreamt”.

David shares his journey of starting his first business venture in the 4th grade and eventually transitioning from a full time job into full time entrepreneurship.

Some of the take aways are:

1. Look for opportunities

David always had a job and a dream and he was constantly looking for opportunities.

2. Build a bridge between your job and your dream

David shares that instead of taking a leap he built a bridge. Great strategic steps are covered here.

3. Find an environment that supports your dream

Everyone gets discouraged. You need a group around you to lift you and keep you moving toward your goals.
