Ep 61 - How to Unearth the Power Within with Fredrick Bussey
Fredrick Bussey is an entrepreneur, coach, speaker and author. His newly released book is titled "Breaking Orbit".
Fredrick's background was in the music industry where he worked as a songwriter and a producer. He transitioned into artist management and marketing and eventually became a partner in a PR firm.
One key shift that happened for Fredrick came through a coach saying to him "God doesn't make people without solutions."
He realized then that he along with most people had not been taught how to discover his gifts and deploy it in the world. This has become his life's work.

1. A gift is given to you by someone else. A skill is something you acquire for yourself. Your gift is your capacity to fulfill a certain function for a specific purpose.
2. No gift that was created with a purpose can fail the purpose it was created to achieve. This relieves the pressure of competing with others.
3. Success is walking in your gift everyday. It isn't tied to money or titles.
